Our story

How It All Began

We are a small company dedicated to the protection and preservation of the Sardinian donkey breed.

Over the years, we have kept a simple but meaningful tradition: once a week, on the day of the donkey gathering, we come together to share a meal, chat, and enjoy a good glass of wine—after grooming and feeding the animals.

One day, by chance, a group of passing tourists joined us. They were genuinely enthusiastic about the cultural and food-and-wine experience we shared with them. That’s when we realized that something we had always taken for granted could become a truly unique experience for others.

For this reason, we decided to open our table to all visitors—tourists and locals alike—who are interested in living authentic experiences, getting to know us, and sharing a moment of genuine connection.
